My father died a month ago and Bill and staff took my dad's Swift family signet ring - one he wore every day his entire life - and re-shanked and sized it for my feminine hand. It turned out beautifully and is more sturdy than before... They were even so kind as to do a complimentary engraving on the inside with my father's initials and date of birth. I was/am a "daddy's girl" and am grateful for the care and quality of work Cronin put in to this keepsake. Much Aloha, Leilani Swift

They did an amazing job with my engagement ring. We wanted a customized range ring and they worked with us to make sure it exactly what we wanted. They were even able to get it done on a tight time frame to make sure I had my ring in time for our first family event as an engaged couple. I have people stop me to this day to see my ring, it gets so many compliments.

Beautiful jewelry. Love their gold jewelry. Years ago, I bought a Range Ring. A few years later I became ill and the ring was cut off my finger in the hospital. Though a jeweler attempted to fix it, it just wasn't the same. Cronin's was more than happy to work with me so that I was able to replace the ring. Definitely a family jeweler who treats their customers like family. Hope to buy more from their collection.
