Cronin Kia was a wonderful place to do my shopping. With wo new car brands, i was really able to explore all of my options. mark was fantateic!
Long story short: horrible customer service and the most unprofessional General Manager I have ever met. Attempted to scam us into paying the sticker price on the car after we had already negotiated and agreed on a lower price leaving us stranded with our one year old daughter. I had to walk half mile and wait several hours for a ride home. And as we were exiting Cronin parking lot, the GM buzzed right passed us in his golf cart. You just don't treat people like that.
