Sabrina was very helpful in our search for a ford focus for our daughter. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and was never pushy in any way. She always returned our calls promptly. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she went and found out. Our daughter loves her new car!! Thank you Sabrina for all your help!

They don't do their safety checks. I had my car from them for 4 months and today my axel broke and my tire fell off my car. And I always had the maintenance done on the car on the dot. Tires just don't fall off of cars Cronin. Do your job better next time
My husband and I bought our Ford Edge in 2013 and have loved it! I had horrible service. Bought a vehicle received free oil changes so I continued to bring my vehicle in. Made an appointment, dropped my car off waited all day to be told oops we forgot to work on your vehicle. How in the world do you forget to work on a vehicle sitting in your garage? There was no real concern just hey we forgot. Customer lost and I will now pay for my oil changes at least I'll know it will get done. Oh and they charge just to check your brakes yep charge 99$. Ridiculous!
