I had a horrible experience at Cronic CDJR. I called in asking about the ad they posted on their website. See attached picture. I spoke to a sales person who sounded fairly new and needed help (Which is fine that's not the problem). She spoke to the finance manager, Mr. Milton Weakley, to get some help. This 5 star review goes to Danielle in the service department. Had a warranty repair that needed to be sorted out. She communicated clearly and professionally throughout the process. I also want to give a shout out to the service manager. He's a hands on manager that obviously makes customer service and satisfaction a top priority. I never thought I'd be giving a 5 star review to any dealership service department but Danielle earned this 5 star review.
