Depends who you are i guess this place to get oil changes and lately they have only gave me run around. Service department is questionable no big deal plenty of other jeep dealers around. I wouldn’t choose this place. Not sure if new management is in place or what

In all my experiences of buying a vehicle this was by far the BEST! Walter (who has been @ Cronic for 7 years) in sales was top notch & A+++++. It was very evident he cares about his clients and he sells with integrity. Great communicator, not pushy, and had our best interest in mind. I will absolutely refer business to Walter and be a repeat client. Thank you for taking such great care of us.
Not a great place to do business with! Been speaking with them the last month about a few options, and then all of a sudden they just stalled responding? The finance guy says he will call Me back in a couple hours and i never hear from him again. Stay away from this dealership! They are classless! They also tell you they have approvals that they actually don’t!
Lairs and trash! I swear, I will never allow this dealership to waste my time again. Point Proven! LAIRS! I bought a 60k truck from your dealership and you can't even do a recall, that should have been done before you even sold it. Then want to keep my truck 2 days to do a oil change.
