My husband and I bought a car today at Chronic Chevrolet. My experience began on Saturday when I reached Terence as my salesman. From that point, Terence was not only courteous but very helpful in getting us the best price for our car and trade in. The complete experience was excellent and we will definitely recommend Terence to any of our friends. The team we dealt with did a great job making the experience very pleasant.
I am new to the area and had started taking my 2021 Silverado Sherrod build to the service department to get my oil changed and tire rotations. On only my second time being there when my tires were rotated they did not put my Allen bolts back in my center caps on two wheels causing one of the center caps to crack since I drove off and didn't realize this until I was stopped and the center cap had swung upward. Awesome!!!!!! If you have an EV, Cronic Chevrolet Griffin is where you want to go if you are looking to great get services, the first time. I will say, it took a few days longer than planned however when I got my HummeeEV back it was operating fine, unlike the service I received from supposedly another local EV certified service.
