Crogan's Montclair Restaurant I have been eating at Crogan's for many years and have never had a bad meal. We have taken many friends and family for special meals and have always been pleased. They have daily specials and regular items on the menu. Staff has always been efficient and courteous. I would recommend making a reservation as it is a very popular restaurant, especially after local football games. Parking can be a problem but there is a parking lot nearby.
Reasonably good food Recently I went to Crogan's for a late lunch/early dinner. Parking was very difficult in Montclair; I had to park a block away and across a busy street, and pay a meter. Once inside, the staff seated me quickly and brought my beverage right away, and some delicious fresh baked bread. We ordered potato skins as an appetizer. They were pretty good. Crogan's Bar and Grill This place does not have good food. I haven't been to the sportsbar part, as it is not really my thing, but the restaurant is supposed to be nice and all, but it has really sub par food. sorry to say it, but hopefully this will encourage them to change their cooking/menu.
