I've been a patient here for 10 years. However, due to the consistent lack of customer service at the front desk, and the constant waiting....dear god!!!....the waiting for the doctor to show up. I'm out. Peace out Crockett. Hope you can turn your practice around.
Dr. Emily Crockett is a sincere, caring doctor. She is very bright and empathetic. She knows how it feels to be a working mom and is great with children. My teenage daughter even felt comfortable seeing her independently and I know I can trust Dr. Crockett to take good care of her!
Dr. Crockett is one of the best docs I've ever had. A dermatologist looked at something on my elbow and gave me a sample of lotion to use on it. Dr. Crockett correctly diagnosed it as a large and growing skin cancer and I got it taken care of. I find the front desk and medical staff very helpful. The PA who caused a problem for us is long gone. Having the lab and eye clinic right there makes it very handy. I recommend Columbine and Dr. Crockett highly.
Hands down the worst front desk staff. Called in with questions after being referred from another doctor to this location, and was immediately disregarded and hung up on.
Front desk has always been friendly. But your Mind and Money will be played with here! To Dr. Crockett you are Just a number or actually a dollar sign sounds more appropriate...
