Called to ask a few questions about certain testing that I need done ASAP, and the receptionist had zero patience and said this is an ER call your primary. Very rude!
I went from McLaren psych floor where nurses egged me on to end my life to HF psych floor because I'm under stress having anxiety unable to cope, and was given the best news ever. I decided to make the extra drive to Henry Ford ER Rochester instead of Genesys for my son’s fractured sternum. I have never had such a positive experience at an ER, ever. To start, the moment we walked in, they immediately checked my son in. He was in a room in under 10 minutes; and the doctor was in to speak with us in under 25 minutes. I had a really positive experience at this ER and felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Dr. Chris Cooper, nurse Maddie, and radiologist Joe were all incredibly professional, patient, and kind. When I was feeling anxious and scared about the tests, they took the time to listen to my concerns and calmly walked me through everything, which made a huge difference.
