We rented from this management company and have nothing to but great things to say about them, very nice people, and great landlords. If we had any isssues they fixed them right away. They are very professional and i would rent from them again in a heartbeat only reason we moved was we were in need a of a bigger house.
Do not rent from them unless you want to be strung along and never have your property maintained properly if at all. They also charge a fee on top the rent--for what I do not know because they do NOTHING!!
I highly recommend this company because they refunded my deposit and rent even though I can not continue the lease. The refund is unexpected and make me feel very good about Cindy, the manager and South Dakota people in general as I just moved in from another state. Great places, great people, and great company!
