I cannot begin to express what a great experience I had at this dealership. Arnold Garcia was a wonderful, knowledgeable FIAT specialist who provided great service.

The sales manager Mr Bibic made sure that we ware taken care in every aspect of the Fiat experience. Thank you for having such talentant members of your sales team dealing with the public. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed.
Arnold was nice and took time to explain everything to me. he even entertained my son after my son got a little cranky. Everyone smiled and was so pleasant. Giles was patient with me and explained to my father the deal they were working out for me. Jackie Wells got me the best deal I could possibly hope for. It was an overall awesome experience.
I asked Giles to find me n Abarth and was told there were 8 of them coming in two weeks and he would keep me posted. Well. I got a call from Arnold Wednesday night that an Abarth would be in on Thursday th 30th of August. I went down yesterday got the car for a fantastic price, got a great trade in for my old car, and was totally blown away by the Abarth. I also have a 500 Sport that I have been driving up to now and my wife has now inherited that one. I highly recommend both Criswell Fiat and the car. The are both AWESOME!

He was very professional, took the time to listen to my concern, thoroughly explained what was going to happen with my car, called me to tell me the problem, explained the part that had to be ordered, and told me when he expected the repair to be completed.
