The car was spotless when I arrived to pick it up. Rod explained all the operating systems, synced our iPhones with the blue tooth and delivered 100% on his word. In these times it's hard to find an honest, caring professional. That's how I describe Rod Heiske. I recommend Rod.
After totaling my Scion XA, I knew right away that I wanted a Fiat 500. Selecting the one that was just right for me wasn't easy but Rod made the experience an enjoyable and memorable one. I was injured in my accident and not feeling great but Rod was patient, helpful and professional!
Most important to us was that the cost breakdown was very transparent - we were shown each line item of the cost, so there were no surprises at the time of final sale. Sales Manager Giles was also very professional and straightforward about our financing options.
