Great service from the moment I walked in the door. Hyder had my car of interest pulled up front and ready to go. He immediately began to display his vast knowledge of his job by giving me a very detailed overview of my car of choice. i was also kept up to minute as I was told to make myself at home. Arnold was absolutely outstanding in customer service. Was very patient and helpful. Luis and Fred were also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone delivered on promises and great prices. We didn't quite know what we were getting into, having never purchased a car from a dealership before (we were used car folks), but the experience was painless and (amazingly) enjoyable! Arnold Garcia has been fantastic! I owned a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport for the past year and a half. The moment I drove the car off the showroom floor I knew that I had made a mistake. An overall good experience working with Bryan Smith as our main point of contact. Wait was longer than expected, but I realize that was because of the delays in the auto shop for detailing the car and had nothing to do with the dealers themselves who were very pleasant to deal with. We went to Criswell Fiat of Gaithersburg because they advertised online a car we wanted. We corresponded with Arnold Garcia online and ultimately we went to the dealership, test drove the car, but then couldn't decide if the car was right for us, and we left. Arnold Garcia continued to help us after we left that day and he took the time to answer questions we had, and in fact, he was so helpful that went back to the dealership a couple of days later and purchased the very same vehicle.
