Wonderful I wanted to tell you how wonderful Julie Hare is. I had a problem with my hubcab falling off and she listened to my concerns and found answers to my questions. She sent the service department an email to contact me and when I still had questions and unhappy about things, she solved the problem.

Impressed!!! Recently, while waiting in the customer waiting area, I was sitting at a desk area in the vicinity of an older gentleman. He was on in his years, and used a walker to get around. When his car was ready... Nick Chapman comes out to inform this gentleman his car was ready. Rather than make this gentleman walk to the service area to finish the paperwork, Mr. Chapman brought his paper to him. I was impressed y his kindness by going above and beyond his call of duty. In fact, the customer service here is great!
