Love the sales rep! I love my Malibu and really like having a woman as a salesperson. Sometimes I feel that men don't listen or pay much attention to women. I spent a lot of time looking at cars and out of all the sales people I spoke to Julie was the only one that spent a lot of time with me. All the other sales people were men. I just think the world of Julie. Anytime I have questions or couldn't figure out something on my car when it was new, she was always willing to help and never made me feel foolish.

Wonderful I wanted to tell you how wonderful Julie Hare is. I had a problem with my hubcab falling off and she listened to my concerns and found answers to my questions. She sent the service department an email to contact me and when I still had questions and unhappy about things, she solved the problem.
