A waste of time. I had one session with her. I’ve had some traumatic experiences in the past few years that has led me to seeking a mental health therapist. She was my first choice due to location and also reads that she’s specializes in depression anxiety etc. I sat with her for an hour trying to explain in detail why I was there. For many decades, I've searched for a licensed Counselor who could help my mental health healing, learn how to deal with the overwhelming emotions from traumas, PTSD, depression, & so much more. Mrs. Lyndaker is that Counselor. She is patient, compassionate, goal oriented, & extremely knowledgeable. She "sees" me, & identifies the root of various overwhelming emotions or thoughts. She is one of the best Counselor's I have had in 40 years of searching.
