I used the website to select my therapist and then called to make the actual appointment. The scheduler was very helpful and professional. Overall a good experience.
Cris is one of the best therapist I've ever had. He listens with no judgment. He offers advice and compassion.
Lifestance has been a game changer for me. I was very new to therapy and the entire staff was so helpful in helping me choose what services I needed. Both Branden Carr and Cris Hicks have been wonderful. I am now on the perfect medication for my symptoms, and feeling better than I have in many years! If you are considering Lifestance, I would 10 out of 10 recommend them!
If he doesn't want to talk to you because the problems in your life are surmounting. He will charge you for a no show even if you're the left waiting for him. I waited over 20 minutes, and left while selecting the reason as my provider did not show. Now I have a late fee
