I had my first visit to Crimson several days ago, and could not be more impressed. The salon is well put together and organized. I was very disappointed with my experience at Crimson. I had a cut and color with Jen about a month ago. I took in several photos to discuss ideas. After a few minutes we decided on the cut and color plan. I left feeling very underwhelmed. The color was off and I wasn't happy with the cut. After living with it for a few days I decided to give Crimson a call and see what could be done.
