LOOK ELSEWHERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY DON'T DO BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THEIR CLEANERS AND THEY LIE! I booked a time and the cleaner was late- no word from her.Reached out to the owner Kim and was told she'll be here in an hour. Never showed up. Then I reached out to Kim and she was not apologetic in the least claiming she came (cleaner) which is not possible because I was home/no knocks/doorbell. Kim is so awesome! I suffer with congestive heart failure and M.S. and although I do the best I can, there are certain things I need help with. House cleaning is one of them. Kim came in, she didn't use the cheap chemicals than can aggravate my M.S., which was very thoughtful of her. She was so thorough, she got into every little nook and cranny. She even did the windows!
