This cricket agency is a very dirty agency and they have inexperienced and bad-mannered managers. Even the manager is a very foul-mouthed person who keeps on slandering and still doesn't know anything about the business and is either lying to people or making a fuss. I went today to add a SIM card from another company to Cricket, but they took my money and gave me another SIM card. Ms. Tarecia and Emily were very very helpful patient and understanding and made my day and got me the phone and case I needed and wanted had a wonderful experience they should both receive raises. both have great customer service.
Muy malo el muchacho que está ahorita no sabe tratar ala gente mucho menos pudo poner hospot a mi teléfono. . pésimo servicio ojalá lo despidan pronto ..a de ser un drogadicto de esos ...q andan por la calle. .. vengo cansado del trabajo justo a tomarme con esta inútil persona por favor hagan algo cricket
