I went to this store because I had bought a Cricket phone from Walmart online. I went to Walmart, the store I had ordered it from and the man who said he would help me was a Verizon representative. All he did was try to sell me a Straight Talk phone despite me telling him my son had already paid my service for October and I have had Cricket service for 8½ years and had the same number the whole time, that I did not want to change my number.
