I went to this store because I had bought a Cricket phone from Walmart online. I went to Walmart, the store I had ordered it from and the man who said he would help me was a Verizon representative. All he did was try to sell me a Straight Talk phone despite me telling him my son had already paid my service for October and I have had Cricket service for 8½ years and had the same number the whole time, that I did not want to change my number. This cricket agency is a very dirty agency and they have inexperienced and bad-mannered managers. Even the manager is a very foul-mouthed person who keeps on slandering and still doesn't know anything about the business and is either lying to people or making a fuss. I went today to add a SIM card from another company to Cricket, but they took my money and gave me another SIM card. Ms. Tarecia and Emily were very very helpful patient and understanding and made my day and got me the phone and case I needed and wanted had a wonderful experience they should both receive raises. both have great customer service.
