I took my car in for service yesterday (2/27/18) tobgrt my oil changed as well as fix an issue of my fuel door not opening. I knew the fuel door would be covered under warranty. I spoke to Sierra in service, who was excellent from the first minute I arrived to the last when I left. She went over all the details, pricing, and even covered things with me that weren't part of the service, but were definitely necessary (air and cabin filters... which were especially bad with the recent pollen). I've known HR, Robert Crews for 27 years and so when a friend needed to purchase a vehicle due to a hit and run collision I had zero reservations about the kind of experience she would have there. Took my Legacy in yesterday for an oil change. I was in and out within 35 mins. The staff was friendly and didn’t try to pressure me into all the “extras” like I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. The waiting room/showroom was very nice and comfortable and they had coffee/refreshments available. I like the fact that you can also bring your four legged pal along with you. They have water and treats set out for them as well.
We walked in and met George Cirone one Saturday. He was great to work with (thanks). We knew we wanted a specific 2018 Crosstrek Ltd and he hooked us up. Couldn't be happier with the service, courtesy, and professionalism. Thanks for everything. We highly recommend this dealership for a new Subie. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't consider/buy a Subie and do so from here.
