Hello, I won my court case with Crestwood. Please when you are hurt our being hurt just get an attorney. They will hep you.
The staff here is so friendly and nice. All the residents are friendly and helpful. After comparing other apartments to Crestwood, this place has so much to offer. For what it costs to rent just an apartment you can move in here and get so much more activities and social life.
My grandmother was living there for like 5 years in 2 different buildings and when she got dementia and had to be moved to 24/7 care my mother gave them a months notice, which is all the time they had before my grandma had to move to a nursing facility and they are sending her a bill now for $5000!! Not to mention that our loved ones living there were living with roaches. Not a good place. I would never let anyone move there without warning them. And then some of the hallways smell like a stale ashtray.
Many thanks to the maintenance staff at Crestwood South for doing an excellent job of clearing the sidewalks and lot after every snow this season! Most especially tirelessly working in extreme cold conditions after this past snowstorm. I was able to safely walk outside (with a rollator) from my building to all of my usual activities. I am entering my second year at south, first time living in a apartment love it! 1 payment takes care of everything and I dropped my gym membership 2 beautiful gyms!No house bills and upkeep!the staff is very helpful full of resources to help you out!just finished some nice renovations.very convenient to where I shop.
