Currently staying in a Morton property. Property manager only responds after weeks of messaging and calling, maintenance is lacking, and they are not organized in the slightest. I do not reccomend working with this group, at least not with my property manager.
I've lived here for three years in the property in Chillicothe. Very responsive apartment manager. She responds promptly to e-mails (my choice of communication) . Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. Neighbors in my building are polite. Quiet area.
