I had a very poor experience living here. I am a young female in my early 20s and I lived here for a year. I had several encounters with Melanie (I believe she is the property manager) who was extremely rude to me each and every time I reached out to her. I paid all my rent on time and was a very quiet renter. I am a student and I work full time so I basically only used my apartment to sleep in every night.
