Awful Service and Worse Customer Service – The lady I clean for paid $800 for a Perfect vacuum cleaner that was junk. Brought it in after using it once. They were rude (the owners son) talked to you like you were stupid. Anyway, every week, it didn't run when I came to clean, brought it up there and they never fixed it, refused to refund her monies. Steve worked tirelessly... – ...with KitchenAid to replace my mixer. When he opened it up for adjustment, he saw damage that simply shouldn't have happened. After many phone calls (over several days) between him, me, and various departments at the manufacturer, KitchenAid resolved the problem, saving me hundreds of dollars. Thanks to his time and effort, I'm back to making bread--and not a penny out of my pocket. Many thanks!
POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS – I would never recommend this bustiness to anyone for anything. The owner is abrasive, rude and nasty. I dont see how they have stayed in business this long based on how they treat their customers.. he owner seems to have a chip on his shoulder and is not accomidating or nice. If I could give no stars, I would.
Crestwood Appliance, Very friendly! – This store was recommended to me by my mom. She had gone there a few years ago to get a part for a small appliance . After researching the location, I began reading some of the reviews here. I'll have to admit that I was a bit nervous to go! I went anyway and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Like a Sienfeld Episode experience – I've read the other reviews and there is truth in them for sure. This is a father and son team and I can't remember which of the two seems like he is a cousin to the "Soup Natsi" episode on Sienfeld - dad or son, but congeniality is not their strong suit.
