I can not sing enough praise about the people who work at Crestview Veterinary Clinic. They are literally a 2nd family to my rambunctious pets who always seem to get into one thing or the other. They are insanely friendly but more importantly, they really do give a sh!t when it comes to your pet/family member. Dr. Butcher is not only a fantastic doctor, but her people skills are top-notch. She always takes the extra time to explain a procedure or answer a question. The front office staff is friendly and kind, and all the techs are terrific.
I have a 130 lb German Shepherd and some vets seem intimidated by large dogs. Dr Kautz gets down on the floor with our dog to do a thorough examination, even though Sarg knows he's at the vet and not on his best behavior. We consider our dog as a family member, and for several years now have trusted Dr. Kuntz with his care.
Dr. Kautz and Dr. Butcher, as well as the staff at Crestview, are great! They have been taking care of my dogs for about 2 years now, and I wouldn't take my kiddos anywhere else. They are responsive, efficient, and always sweet w/ the dogs. I highly recommend them.

The best Vet I've had in my 26 years in Austin. Caring and thorough and the staff love and pamper my dogs. I'm so grateful for Dr. Kautz --he cares for my dogs the way he would his own.

prompt care, courteous office staff, vet tech and doctor kautz were extremely attentive to our pet and afforded Peach a thorough evaluation of her condition and addressed every single one of our concerns. no unnecessary lab tests or treatments, very reasonable pricing
