When I dropped by the previous morning, they told me that if I wanted my car back in the same day I should come at 7 AM, so I did. My mother recommended Crestview to me as she said they were honest; however, my mother does not know a lot about cars. I took my car in there because a noise was occuring when I stepped on the brakes. They checked it out and they thought it was just the way the brakes were aligned. They told me I needed an oxygen center, for which I paid over $400 dollars. They also said I needed to get new brakes. I explained to them that I was unemployed and had no money. The bestist mechanic in town I've been going to Crestview for many years and they are about as good as you can get. They take good care of my car deliver as promised and are pretty good about their actual costs vs. their estimates. My elderly parents tkke their super clean Caddy Seville there and Crestview changes the tail lights and headlamps on the spot for them and does not charge them for the work. I am very happy that I have a mechanic to go to that I can trust.
Took beat up out of state car to crestview and they took care of everything I took my beat up jetta to crestview with a host of problems. Mike was very cool and took care of my car without any hassle. Great price and excellent service. I will go back for sure.
Outstanding service I blew out 2 run flat tires on my lexus 430sc on la cienga potholes. Fortunately, i was near crestview and mike not only had my tires but replaced them timely and threw in a much needed and affordable alignment. I highly recommend them.
Friendly, honest and FAST! I needed a flat tire replaced and Mike gave me wonderful service. I was in and out within an hour - in time to make it to an interview - and gave me an excellent price on a replacement tire. It's so refreshing to go to a service station that is friendly and honest. I will definitely be taking my car back there for any future repairs.
These guys are terrific! I first went to Crestview 3 years ago when I bought my used car - the owner went there to get a battery. Then, a year or so later, the engine quit on me in the middle of traffic...I was able to restart, and although it happened several times more I was able to limp into Crestview. SERVICE I took my 1995 Lexus to the dealer for brakes. The estimate was $600.00. A friend suggested I take the car to Crestview Service. Not only was my bill $200.00 less, but the experience was an eye opener. This is a family owned and operated business with lots of experience. I found them honest and knowledgeable and being a woman I completely trust them. I will never take my car anywhere else.
