I had a very disappointing experience during my apartment tour. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and spoke to me disrespectfully. As someone genuinely looking for an apartment, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the interaction made me feel unwelcome, and I decided not to move forward with this property. I hope management improves their customer service so future visitors are treated more professionally.
