If you never ever take advice from a total stranger again, take this advice. Stay far away from him, do not use his company, do not buy a place that is managed by him and if you do, get out! He is evil incarnate. There is a lot on the web about him now, jerks cannot remain jerks so privately anymore with the internet. People can now read all the dirty details. I would give them zero stars if it were an option. The property mangement representative will respond only after you leave multiple messages over an extended period of time and then threaten to contact your home owners association if she doesn't respond. Based on many poor responses and zero good responses from Crestmoor, my opinion is that it is an unfriendly, low effort, poor excuse for a property management company.
