This company has managed our Association for years and the manager is awful. She is rude, condescending, tells you one thing and then another. She will tell you point blank that she works for the BOD's NOT the Homeowners. She pretty much runs our association and has managed to keep a BOD's that she can control. We just had a "coo" at our annual meeting, instead of letting us vote to expand our Board from 3 to 5 and then let us vote them in, we have to send our votes in by Feb and then THE BOARD WILL PICK THE NEW MEMBERS. Without my permission or KNOWLEDGE, Cynthia Quinlan contacted the Executor of my Parent's Estate and EXTORTED $1,700 from my inheritance under the "GUISE" that I would have to pay to have my deck torn down and replaced when it collapsed in 2003 after a heavy, wet Blizzard. I DEFINITELY CANNOT RECOMMEND CRESTMOOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN DENVER, CO, TO ANYONE! AND I'M QUITE SURE THAT A STAFF PERSON FROM CRESTMOOR POSTED "VERY GOOD MANAGEMENT COMPANY" BECAUSE THEY ARE IN THE HABIT OF DOING JUST THAT! You will absolutely NEVER be able to speak with any manager on the phone. The little old lady they have at the desk answers the phones from 9:00 till 1:00 and will give you the managers voice mail. They DO NOT return your calls. This company must be far cheaper than any other management companies and I suppose that is a trade off some associations feel like they want to make. Just wait til you need something! I am appalled!

I find all of the above comments very unhelpful norr based on facts but instead slanderous complaints from what sound like bitter and unhappy people who probably have no idea how much money a business makes or how hard they work. I found my dealings with Crestmoor Management to be quit pleasurable and professional. I imagine calls about broken water pipes and other various unforeseen property problems at all hours of the day 7 days a week make for a difficult job. Michael Whitcomb, is abuser with many, he lies, steal and cheats the system. Do not rent from his buildings or deal with Crestmoor Management. A man that lies to policeman to tentants.and believes that his world is the only world and that we all live in it. He is a living satan.
