Terrible place to have to bury your family. Plaque on headstone bent. Maintenance of the grounds is terrible. Urns are broken and missing, headstones cracked due their heavy equipment running over them. Grass growing over headstones along with ant mounds. Grass and red clay on concrete and sides roadway. The house/office, shed and piles of dirt are an eyesore.
The upkeep on this cemetery is horrific! My parents purchased 4 plots in good faith back in the 60's. I wish I had never used those plots. The owners obviously have no care or respect for the deceased or their grieving families. The grounds are poorly maintained and graves are disrespected. Shame, shame, shame on them!
This place is a rip off I worked here recently and was fired for absolutely nothing working here I've seen all sorts of things to say do not do not bring your business here you will not be satisfied they don't care about the families they are racist and they don't pay employees their paychecks I'm a former employee and have yet to receive my paycheck they are going through lawsuits and feel as if they don't have to pay people do not do not do not take your business there
If 0 stars were an option, Crestlawn would get just that. The last 9 months I’ve dealt with Crestlawn Memorial Gardens has been a true nightmare. Every time you turn around, they have a new management running the facility, they have already had a lawsuit for a wrongful burial within the last 9 months that my son has been placed there. I was offered a job at this place and immediately turned it down when the manager made it known that his only concern is how many plots you sell.
