Crest Real Estate are literally the best expediters in the city. I’ve never seen anybody take a set of plans and put them through the city as fast as these guys can. They have all the relationships that anybody would need to make sure that their plans get approved as quickly as humanly possible. Not only that, are efficient, but they’re great communicator and they keep you informed of everything every single step of the way. There’s nobody better.
My contractor recommended Crest to help me obtain permits for my property, and I’m so glad I listened. They turned what seemed like a complicated and overwhelming process into something simple and straightforward. The team kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews. This company is outstanding to work with. They weee recommended by a well respected contractor we know and he really did us proper by introducing us to Crest.
