Established in 1948, Crest Ranch Christmas Tree Farm is the oldest choose and cut Christmas tree farm in the Western United States. Located above Santa Cruz at the top of 2,600-foot Ben Lomand mountain overlooking the village of Boulder Creek, we have over 40 acres of Christmas trees with many tree varieties.

Grew up coming here and have continued the tradition with my family. Love the cold, clear air and all the families out for a adventure. Crest Ranch is the start of the season for us
Our family has made a 20 year tradition of visiting crest ranch to find the perfect Christmas tree. We visit the same weekend every year with our group of 20+, rain, snow or sunshine. The staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. We look forward to the next 20 years!

Coming to Crest Ranch every year to picnic and hunt for our family's Christmas trees is one of my favorite traditions. The kids are always excited and take pride in finding the perfect tree. We look forward to this every year! Crest Ranch offers free parking, a variety of trees to choose from, play equipment for the kiddos and there's even a snack bar area. I normally don't cut down my tree in Santa Cruz but, I have been here twice. Great selection.
I absolutely love this place! My boyfriend and I come here every year and our dog loves it just as much as we do. They have so many different selections of trees, great prices and are such nice people. What a great experience!
This is just a fun place to get out with your family and spend the day. Enjoy the walk pretend you're on a hike and just get out in the open air and have fun, and bring your dog
