I rented equipment the wheelchair leg piece that raises didn’t work. They required me to return piece of equipment that should have worked when they delivered. I have a child that can’t be left at home without both parents he can’t go anywhere with out the wheelchair. It was there mistake they should have said they would bring another one out. Charged insurance $250 for a walker that is available on line at many sites for around $75. This walker has dual wheels on front and is very wide. This company does not even have a website. Who doesn't have a website in this day? We have 36 inch doors and they hand going through doors. Physical Therapist said this was a hazard and not the walker we need. Very poor Paid $50 deposit in June for Nebulizer ,returned early Oct 2016, requested my refund of $50 was told the owner would have to issue ck in 1-2 wks Michael Cobb,after numerous calls I finally got ck 11-1-16 for $39.61 deducted $2.90,$5.05 $1.22 and $1.22 that they said my secondary insurance hadn't pd. Well my insurance paid in about a wk and I have requested the bal of my deposit twice and have not received as of 12-4-16. BEWARE – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – READ ENTIRE REVIEW. This has to be the WORST experience I've ever encountered with customer service in MY LIFE. Crest Medical supplied my 81 year old mother, who is completely disabled - cannot walk, stand, move her limbs, speak, etc. - a hospital bed less than 2 years ago. The bed stopped working this week and they said their warranty was only 12 months. They told me that Medicare will only supply a hospital bed every 5 years, so there was nothing they could do.
