been trying since November to get a procedure done sat in chair times to be told sorry over booked an had to leave went last night procedure still not complete now dentist I'll an it's the end of the year an so I loose my benefits office manager offered help well got another appointment an now sitting here with a tooth drilled open a half started happy 2019
This orthodontist is awful, I had braces on and now have to get the put on again because they did not do what they were supposed to. I was supposed to get an appliance I’m to bring my jaw forward, they never put it in they told me they didn’t feel like it. Now I cannot get the overbite fixed and it has caused issues the only way I can get it fixed is by an intensive surgery. They messed my teeth up, they caused me to get tmj and really bad headaches. Dr Alavi & staff make the experience comforting & pleasant. I found the Golden Years to have twisting, turning, & moving teeth. The group offers a great inexpensive dental insurance plan with affordable payment plans on braces.
Crest Hill location and Dr Pearce are fantastic After having problems in Plainfield with Dr River (horrible dentist) and then moving to th Shorewood location, I like Dr Huong but not the rest of them there, I tried Crest Hill and REALLY liked Dr Pearce So I’m switching there in hopes no one else with Advanced Family screws up my teeth 🤣

I was formerly a fearful dental patient, but since finding Advance in Crest Hill, I have been happily to this office for years. I tell my friends about my fabulous dentist & all the great, helpful & NICE folks that work here. 5 stars!
