This was such a horrible experience. First, patients are asked to sign a form discussing all the risks we are taking coming in for COVID and extra fees while waiting outside. Next, they take us into the room when you are ready to take care of us. We waited for over 20 minutes to be seen in a room that's open into another room. I ask a nurse what's going on. She asks Maria why she hasn't taken care of us and She tells her she's busy. Finally some one comes, Paige, and helps treat both of my kids. The extra $10 is not worth it... read more

I work for this place I am a certified dental assistant certified dental laboratory technician. This place is the absolute worst as far as dental care goe that I've ever seen in 20 years of working in this field the dental lab started out with me making the crowns but it was cheaper to send the work to China. China uses all mine precious metals very dangerous. meanwhile this office charged the patient's insurance for precious metals! scamming the insurance company's number one and of course putting patients health in danger.... read more
The dentist and assistant was extremely helpful and patient, explained everything to us.
The doctors and the staff are all very friendly and more importantly professional. Makes going to the dentist not a bad experience. Because let's face it, no one wants to go to the dentist.
I had my lower right side wisdom tooth pulled. The oral surgeon showed no compassion. Did not numb me enough at first, I felt so much pain and when telling him I did, he said “you can’t feel that” He was to much in a hurry and was getting upset as the procedure went on and even his assistant got upset with him, because of the way he spoken to her. Horrible customer service. Random bills without justification. Lack communication skills to explain bills. Failed to submit claims to insurance.
