Drove 80 miles round trip to look at a 2013 Expedition. Walked to the back and the lift gate has 5 or 6 huge bubbled paint spots. Salesman: Oh that's been a big problem on Expeditions. Would you like to drive it? Me: No I'm not spending $15,000 on something like that. Salesman: I can see how much they'll take off. Me: You and I both know they're not going to replace it. Salesman: Ok sorry Me: Why didn't you show that in your ad? Salesman: We have somebody else do those for us. Maybe it's time to do it for yourself!!!
Had my F150 in for service did a very good job replaced rotors and calipers pads where makiking noise took it back new pads no more noise all good have all my vehicles serviced there no problems w/work done Mike M
They blame manufacture defects on the customers and consistently force the customer to pay for a lemon issue. They are unprofessional and rude about it unless you know someone there. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend leasing from them or taking your car to their shop, where issues that they fixed will be continuously charged to you when they aren’t fixed correctly, or are manufacture defects that they are too lazy to listen or understand.

Jason hooked me up with a beautiful truck when I thought I was gonna end up with an escape at the most. Jon brought me the paperwork to sign in the truck on the day of delivery so I didnt even have to go in the building. Even when I was inside, though, I was very impressed with how diligent they were about following cleanliness and safety guidelines. Thanks so much guys!
