Thought I would give them a try after my mediocre experience with them years ago. Wrong decision. I just spent 15 minutes in the showroom, even asked where particular type of carpet would be, and no one came over to assist. I had samples out and was obviously looking around for someone yet no one came over. Employees standing around though. Four large bedrooms, hallway, stairs and family room all need carpet from somewhere else I guess.
Our entire experience with Crest was fabulous! Jaime was a great help in the showroom; honest & knowledgable (Steve Weisberg even came out to say hello). It was easy, no pressure and actually enjoyable. Jeff did measurements in house; friendly, polite and answered all my questions. Ralph scheduled our installation. He should bottle his good mood and enthusiasm! Was contagious! And the installation team of Damian, Andrew and Sam was nothing short of amazing! A great big thank you for the new floor you installed for Shelby. It looks terrific. I know she loves it. Now her mother Linda can easily maneuver her from wheelchair to bed with the aide of a hoist that rolls on the new floor you provided. It is so wonderful to know there are such generous people around to make a difference in this young girl's life.
Great service and extremely effecient! Pete helped us pick out the perfect carpeting and worked diligently to get the ball rolling...looking forward to our installation in the next couple of weeks...seems like the quality of work is second to none!!
