Problems with the onsite management. We like the complex and we wish we can go live there. but we are running after them!!! there's no client assistance. I am not supposed to write them 4 email and call 3 times to have the info I need (and I haven't got them), it should be the opposite if you still want to have clients. The property is far from Luxury as advertised. It’s is not well maintained and is not clean in the common areas. Can’t wait to get out of my lease. Haven’t seen the hallways cleaned on my floor since I’ve been here. The elevator areas are dimly lit and feels dirty because of it. Rubbish areas always smell and entrance gate is disgusting. Back garden area smells of animal urine and never looks clean either. Would never recommend this property.

This place is infested with cockroaches and watch out for their lease terms they are highly questionable.
Leah is awesome but that's about it. Would never recommend this place. Notice how old the other "good" reviews are. Apartments not updated well and they don't respond to on-call requests for noise or other issues. The package room works when it wants to. I've been here 6 months and I'm miserable.

RecommendedJust retired and moved from the suburbs. SM is in a great location and the area is full of vibrant energy. Leah and Lynn are dolls and organize great community events. We’re loving our new nest!
I've enjoyed my time at Savannah Midtown. The complex is dog-friendly, the staff are very personable and accommodating, the apartment is in walking distance to a lot of midtown Atlanta's amenities, and you get a lot of space for your money.
Best bang for the buck apartment in Midtown by far. You're right behind Publix/Walgreens and close to all the happenings. Apartments are updated, and management is great. 5/5
