I lived in this old building for a couple years , worst years of my life. The walls are thin all around , you hear the side neighbors the upstairs neighbor, & the people just passing by the halls. when it rains be prepared for window leaks or roof leaks , the heater/AC is always breaking down & it’s a long process to have it fixed. Everything they fix is always a temporary solution it’s not fixed well just a cover up so you can shut up about it. It took these ppl 4 years for them to fix a leak that happened EVERYTIME it rain... read more
