Blatant negligence of multiple Michigan State Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws… does anyone think it’s okay to have bats in the living space of your home, like poking through above where your daughter sleeps? squirrels in the roofs and walls scratching at and causing light fixtures to move? Thugs very unprofessional and greedy, I would advice anyone not to rent their property through this people.
Very unethical and corrupt practices being used. They allow you to pay and place a application fee on property's that they already have tenants for. Growing up in the Michiana area this has always been a company name I knew and thought I could trust. Knowing know how they conduct their day to day business shows why they're still in business. They seem to post listings on Hot Pads, Zillow etc. but then do not respond to inquiries. I have sent multiple follow up emails directly to them also. No replies.
I had a great experience with Cressy & Everett rentals . They were friendly, professional and nice. I got my deposit back faster than expected. My move in was fast and they helped me move into a bigger place with no problem. I would rent from them again and I recommend them to anyone .
