I had a different realtor prior to Roger, who only showed my house twice and had two open houses (both at my insistence) in the 6 months as my realtor. Anybody want a condo? I found Stacy to be a very nice and professional young lady. The original realtor sent over by Cressy & Everett was a nice guy but did not present the professional image I was looking for. Stacy did a good job of keeping me informed, via internet, on the activity with my listing. Regretfully, in the 2 1/2 months my condo was on the market, we did not have a single person look at it. I blame this on the economy and not the realtor. I hope to work with Stacy and her husband again later this year.
