My wife and I had a horrible experience with Cressy and Everett several years ago, when we were trying to purchase a home that my wife has cherished all of her life, since she grew up a few doors from it. After assurances from the seller's realtor that there were no special needs for the sellers we put an offer in for well over the asking price. jolted also The same thing happened to my husband and I concerning trying to buy a house with Cressy and Everett as our Realtor. First of all, no other Realtor has ever asked for money up front to be our agent. We had to give them $600.00, then when we put a bid on a home and lost out because the realtors worked together and they really screwed us over, considering we put a bid in first, and the sellers never saw our bid because the other agent had friends that wanted it and bought it for less. Faith Fleming Faith couldn't have been more helpful when we recently considered buying another home and selling our current one.
