RecommendedI’m am so happy to be living at Berkshire Terminus! The apartment is beautiful, unbeatable location, and has amazing views. But what really made my decision was the customer service. I worked with Lynn and she is absolutely awesome. Lynn is very informative and answered all of my questions, some before I even asked them. Beautiful place with lovely view. Leasing office staff are so accommodating.
I lived here for over a year and had NOTHING but positive experiences. Amazing customer service by all in the office (I worked mostly with Amanda Woosley--she rocked!), no noise issues, no bug issues, and the few times I did call maintenance my problems were addressed within hours (I reported one issue at 10pm the tech showed up by midnight). Not to mention, I had an amazing view. I will recommend Berkshire Terminus time and time again!
