Paid $775 for a 8.5g 10k pendant that began cracking and falling apart 10 days into ownership. I returned with the receipt in hand and they did not care to refund for the poor craftsmanship and tried to put the blame on me when I’ve done nothing but wear the damn thing around my neck. Came in this morning to find an engagement ring because I’m popping the big question next week. Was nervous but knew I had a price range. Walked in and Sam helped me right away.. She wasn’t rude but very welcoming, took her time, was patient and helped me decide the best ring. Even when I had my price range she didn’t try to upcharge me.
