We used Crescent when we brought my father home from MUSC. Toni was our nurse and she was great, kind and compassionate. They made sure we had the supplies we needed and the medication to keep him calm and comfortable while he passed. The aid Dana that came out was super sweet. We would recommend them to anyone who needs hospice care for a family member. They were very loving and kind. They made a difficult time much easier.
My mom was on hospice care for around 24 hours at Grand Strand. The staff and nurse Ms. Stacey were absolute wonderful. They took great care of my mom in her final days.
The staff took wonderful care of my wife Dorothy Walker. I would like to give special thanks and appreciation to her nurse Stacy and Jan for the loving care and support they gave to Dot and myself. This also goes for the whole staff of Cresent.
