Potential home-buyers should do a small amount of legwork. Knock on the door and ask any owner of a Crescent Home about the experience with this builder. You will get an earful. They are unresponsive and uncaring. Work is substandard. No sense of urgency. Pic below is of my house one week before scheduled closing. Had to send this to their HQ to get them to admit they needed to get to work before finally admitting they could not make the closing date.
