I went in because i was referred by my primary since i sprained my foot Jonathan was sooo nice and patient with me he didnt rush me and was just really kind and attentive.

I arrived on time to my appointment for an infusion that was scheduled 1 month in advance to be turned away as the rooms were booked. I called the scheduler by the name of Lorena, states that she double booked by accident and needs to reschedule. Lost a day of work unpaid, hired a babysitter, and I can't receive my medication due to poor scheduling. Now I have to wait sick and weak for another month. Thank you Option Care! Talk about horrible customer service.

Michael is the bomb! From the moment I arrived to the time I left, everything was great! I was given a nice welcome and introduction and told to choose the room I would like. It was clean and comfortable. He gave me some information about how the infusion would work and answered all of my questions. The rest went smoothly and he checked on me frequently. I was nervous about the whole thing and Michael made me feel 100% at ease.
