Dental procedures are never fun but I had a wonderful experience at this dental office with Dr. Shahwan. The staff was courteous and professional. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure and informed of what to expect. I would highly recommend this dental office.
Went in to have a tooth pulled and walked out with a sinus perforation! Went back a couple of times to have something done, every time I was told that it will heal on its own. But guess what, now I have to have sinus surgery to clean out all of the infection caused by the sinus perforation!!!
Had an amazing experience the office was so clean the staff was so professional I expected this place to be a stuck up dentist office.... I WAS WRONG THEY ARE AMAZING!!! MY DENTIST WAS GREAT!!!! THE dental assistant was very sweet. I'LL BE BACK NEXT WEEK AND BRINGING ALL 3 KIDDOS TOO!!!!
I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years! I was super nervous going! My mom recommended Crescent Dental to me since she has had pleasant experiences here. Everyone here made me feel welcome. The receptionists were super nice and professional. And I loved the Dental assistants and Dr. Miri. They made me feel comfortable and were personal with me. That being said I will stay with them and start going to the dentist more often as I should since I had a great experience here.
Dr. Miri is very unprofessional he was in a hurry instead of assisting me with patience and understanding. He also told me negative heartless issues with my hygiene. Same day I walked out of there along with my daughter and made an appointment elsewhere.
I swear Crescent Dental is so full of shit! Can't ever get their shit straight! Myself and family members have had too many issues with that office! Okay I'm done venting.... carry on and have a great day!
Great experience! Dr Miri did good job, staff nice and respectful, this is the dentistry I would like to visit more and recommend to my friends
