Dr Thompson is very professional. Her staff are genuinely friendly. They explain everything and made me feel comfortable. I was very much afraid when I first went to see her but now I and very comfortable when I go.
My kids have been patients of Crescent city Dentistry, from the beginning, and I haven't been disappointed, yet.
I’ve been going to Dr. Thompson since I was 4. She makes every visit comfortable.
Went there first time for cleaning. All went fine. Then after said I have 5 cavities and to make an appointment for it. So I go thru with the procedures and my tooth been hurting since so I called and they have to charge me 75$ to look at it which was their mistake I shouldn’t have to pay anything and then if they need an X-ray and of course they going to it’ll be 27$
Dr Cleopatra Thompson is an outstanding dentist who is very personable and professional. I’m always very pleased with the service I get from her and her staff.
Stop being defensive when clients question charges and related services. Pay more attention to client concerns.stop being so sterile
