I have been a patient of Dr. Thompson for many years. I have always been treated with compassion beyond measure. I must also say that the staff has a way of easing the mood of an uneasy patient. Professionalism at it's best.
Stop overcharging their customers by estimating the cost of a procedure and NOT refunding them the difference when they receive the benefit statements showing what they insurance paid and what the patient should have paid. They did this to my husband. Thank GOD he pays close attention to his Bill's
